Megan Lavalley has been with The Abbey Group for 6 years. She graduated with her associate degree in culinary arts from Paul Smith's College and after 18 years in the busy restaurant business, she joined The Abbey Group for a better schedule for her family. Megan gained her School Nutrition Specialist designation within 2 years of making the change to school food service. She brings innovative menu ideas to all our Maple Run and Lamoille North Schools. She lives in Georgia, VT with her husband and two children, where they enjoy tapping their Maple trees and working in the Garden.
